the location met my needs. it was near the tube station.
the room was quite small. there was not an iron provided, despite it being requested. this oversight is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

My room was well kept and clean. I found the location very convenient being close to transport. The staff were always available and helpful. I had a good experience at the hidden Knox disco and I particularly appreciated its 80's vibe and special cocktails.
My single room felt small and this impacted my comfort. I would have appreciated a bit more space to relax and move around freely.

My room was not what I expected , considering the hotel's reputation. The shower was quite small . I also noticed some peeling paint in the bathroom .

The location is great. It is central and close to shops. the downstairs restaurant is also a plus. i appreciate the lounge that provided complimentary coffee and drinks. It was quite useful.
the room i was in had no natural light. you couldn't open the curtains as they were blocked by mirrored panels, so it felt dark. also, the safe in the room did not work, and it remained broken throughout my stay.
